General terms governing domain registration and management services.

1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between MB "Registerra" (company code: 307631455), registered at Šviesos g. 3-72, Grigiškės, LT-27115, Vilnius, Lithuania (hereinafter "Regis Terra", "we", "us") and the customer ("Registrant", "you") using our domain name registration, management, and related services.
1.2. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the applicable registry policies, and ICANN regulations where applicable.
1.3. Regis Terra acts as a registrar and/or reseller for domain name registrations. We are an intermediary between the Registrant and the respective domain name registry. The registry operator remains the ultimate authority over the domain namespace.
2.1. Domain name registration is subject to availability and acceptance by the relevant registry. Regis Terra does not guarantee that a requested domain name will be successfully registered.
2.2. The Registrant warrants that all information provided during the registration process is accurate, complete, and up to date. The Registrant is obligated to promptly update any changes to registration data.
2.3. The Registrant acknowledges that domain name registration does not confer any legal rights to the domain name itself, and that registration is subject to the policies and terms of the relevant registry operator.
2.4. Domain names are registered for a fixed period (typically one year). It is the Registrant's responsibility to ensure timely renewal. Regis Terra will make reasonable efforts to send renewal reminders but bears no liability for failure to renew.
2.5. The Registrant agrees not to use the domain name for any purpose that is illegal, abusive, or in violation of the rights of third parties, including but not limited to trademark infringement, phishing, malware distribution, or spam.

For domain names registered under other TLDs (.eu, .ch, .be, .nl, .at, etc.), the Registrant agrees to comply with the respective registry's terms, conditions, and policies. These are available on the respective registry websites and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
4.1. The Registrant is solely responsible for the use of registered domain names and any content or services associated with them.

4.3. The Registrant must maintain accurate WHOIS/registration data at all times and promptly update this data in case of any changes. Failure to maintain accurate data may result in domain suspension or cancellation.
5.1. Prices for domain registration and renewal are as listed on our website or as communicated to the customer at the time of order. All prices are in Euros unless otherwise stated.
5.2. Payment is due upon order placement. Domains will not be registered or renewed until payment has been received and confirmed.
5.3. Regis Terra reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect domains already registered for the current registration period.
5.4. Refunds for domain registrations are generally not available, as the registration fee is paid to the registry upon successful registration. Exceptions may apply where required by applicable law.
6.1. Domain transfers to or from Regis Terra are subject to the transfer policies of the relevant registry and ICANN (where applicable).
6.2. The Registrant is responsible for obtaining the authorization code (AuthInfo/EPP code) required for domain transfers.
6.3. Regis Terra will not unreasonably deny or delay outbound domain transfers requested by the Registrant.
7.1. The Registrant acknowledges that domain name disputes may be subject to the dispute resolution policies of the relevant registry, including but not limited to:

8.1. Regis Terra provides domain registration and management services on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of our services.
8.2. Regis Terra shall not be liable for:
8.3. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the Registrant in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9.1. Regis Terra may suspend or terminate domain services if:
9.2. Upon termination, the Registrant may transfer the domain to another registrar, subject to applicable registry transfer policies and payment of any outstanding fees.
10.1. The Registrant represents and warrants that the registration and use of the domain name does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
10.2. The Registrant shall indemnify and hold Regis Terra harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from alleged trademark infringement or other intellectual property disputes related to the Registrant's domain names.
11.1. Regis Terra shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, network or infrastructure failures, registry outages, or cyberattacks.
12.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
12.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Lithuania, unless mandatory consumer protection legislation provides otherwise.
12.3. For consumers residing in the European Union, the European Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
13.1. Regis Terra reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
13.2. Continued use of our services after publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. If the Registrant does not agree with the amended Terms, the Registrant may terminate the services and transfer the domain to another registrar.
